To Use:

Slide the safety switch into the on position to reveal the electric current prongs, push the power button to form an electric current.

To light your candle, press and hold the power button and slowly move toward your candle's wick to ignite the flame.

When finished, release the power button and return the safety switch into the off position. 

Recharge the lighter when the blue battery indicator lights are at one.
